DART-MX95
고성능 엣지 플랫폼 기반으로 설계된 i.MX95 CPU를 기반으로 만들어진 DART-MX95 SOM은 고성능 그래픽, AI/ML기능, 뛰어난 보안성과 안전성, 그리고 다양한 고속 연결을 제공하는 SOM 입니다. DART-MX95는 NXP i.MX95 1개의 칩으로 구동되며, 이 칩은 최대 6개의 Arm Cortex®-A55와 800MHz Arm Cortex-M7 코어 및 250MHz Arm Cortex-M33 두 개의 독립적인 real-time-co-processor를 포함하여 이기종 처리장치를 기반으로 real-time co-processors를 구현하는 SOM 입니다. 이러한 유니크한 multi-core architecture는 고속 데이터 처리와 함께 고성능 실시간 서비스 및 안전하고 저전력으로 사용할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있습니다. 또한, 범용성이 좋은 인터페이스를 제공합니다. WIFI 6 dual-band 802.11 ax/ac/a/b/g/n와 옵션인 802.15.4 및 BT/BLE 5.3, 듀얼 GbE + 10GbE, 고성능 2D/3D GPU, 4K encode/decode, 4K 디스플레이, dual 카메라, dual PCIe Gen 3.0, USB 3.0, CAN FD, 그리고 IT temperature(−40°C ~ 85°C)를 지원합니다.
